When you want to impress your loved one on any occasion, you can offer them a love poem. Valentine’s Day, birthdays, and anniversaries are all great occasions to give someone a romantic poem that expresses how you feel. But how do you find a poem that you can use for free? A free love poem is one that does not cost you anything to print or to use.

Because written works are subject to copyright, it is important that you make sure the love poem you choose is free from any copyright obligations. This will be true for almost every classic poet who died more than seventy years ago. The copyright for works of art expire seventy years after the poet’s death.

So here are some excellent examples of free love poems:
